Select Cloud on Element from the Annotation > Cloud taskbar.
The Cloud on Element dialog displays.
Use the dialog to define any specific settings for the cloud.
Click on the elements(s) in The drawing to be clouded.
Note: If the On Each Element option is enabled in the Cloud on Element dialog, then each element selected will get its own cloud. If disabled, then one cloud will be placed around all selected elements.
When finished selecting elements, left-click to accept the selections.
